Abstracts can be submitted starting August 1, 2025, by logging in to “OASES, the Wageningen Academic Publishers Online Academic Submission & Evaluation System”.

Note 1: The deadline for submissions of abstracts is December, 1st, 2025.

Note 2: Abstract submitters should select “EurSafe 2026” for the required “Congress” field when registering to the system.

Note 3: Please refer to “OASES Guide for Chairpersons” or “OASES Guide for Authors” for instructions.

Note 4: If technical assistance is needed for submission, please send an email to oases@degruyterbrill.com.

Submission Types

– 20-Minute Paper Presentations: We invite proposals for oral presentations that will last 20 minutes, followed by a 5-minute discussion period.

– Poster Presentations: Submissions for poster presentations are also welcome. Posters should clearly communicate research findings or ethical considerations related to the conference theme.

Submission Guidelines

Abstracts for blind peer review must not exceed 2,500 keystrokes including title, authors and addresses, and including spaces and punctuation. The title of your abstract can take up to 100 keystrokes, including spaces. Abstracts must be written and presented in English. Abstracts should be submitted online via the conference website.

Please indicate the preferred presentation type (paper or poster) in your submission.

– Abstract Submission Deadline: 01 December 2025

– Notification of Acceptance: 14 January 2026

– Deadline for submissions of extended abstracts: 16 March 2026

Publication Prospects

All accepted abstracts will be electronically published as “EurSafe 2026 Conference Abstracts Book” by De Gruyter Brill Academic Publishers and maintained on the conference website in Open Access.
