Notes on Draft 1 Programme (25.07.2026)

1. A more comprehensive programme with detailed social programme information will be published on this page as “EurSafe 2026 Programme Booklet” separately and will also be shared by email in the upcoming days.

2. The “EurSafe 2026 Shuttle Programme“ mentioned in the Draft 1 programme, the Word file dated 25.07.2026, will be published on this page separately and will also be shared by email in the upcoming days. Please note that the shuttle services are included in the congress registration fee. The programme will detail the pick-up and drop-off points, times and dates for all 4 days of the congress.

3. Venues of the Welcoming Reception on Wednesday, 9 September 2026; Congress Gala Dinner on Friday, 11 September 2026; and the exact route and venue information for the half-day Cappadocia Excursion on Saturday, 12 September 2026 will be announced in the “EurSafe 2026 Programme Booklet”. Please note that attendance at these social programmeevents are already included in the congress registration fee and shuttle services required for these events are also included in the fee.

4. A separate “Instructions for Session Chairs and Speakers” document will be published on this page and will also be shared with chairs and speakers by email in the upcoming days.Since author bios will not be read by chairs during sessions, they will not be distributed to chairs.

5. A document titled “Cappadocia University Support Team” which will show the names and contact information of the Organising Committee members who will be responsible for helping the session chairs for the smooth running of sessions will be sent to session chairs by email in the upcoming days.

6. The “p. XX” stated under the names of authors in sessions refers to the page number of the work in the EurSafe 2026 Proceedings book to be published by DeGruyter-Brill and made accessible on the congress website in the upcoming days.

7. Unless there is absolute necessity that can be documented, the programme cannot be changed. We have already taken into account the restrictions and requests reported to us so far and hoping to realize the congress in accordance with this programme.  For absolutely necessary requests of revisions, please send an email with the phrase “Urgent” in the subject line to eursafe2026@kapadokya.edu.tr and sinan.akilli@kapadokya.edu.tr by the end of Wednesday, 5 August 2026.  We will not be able to make any revisions in the programmebeyond this date and start the printing of congress materials.
