04Important Notes
- Conference volunteers wearing Cappadocia University T-shirts will assist participants upon arrival in Mustafapaşa.
- Traffic and boarding conditions may affect arrival times. Please do not rely on the last possible connection for programme-critical transfers.
- The 18:00 service on Friday is timed to connect Ürgüp-based participants with the 18:45 gala dinner departure from campus.
