Scanned copy of current student ID card is required at the time of registration and should be sent to eursafe2026@kapadokya.edu.tr as a separate document.
** EurSafe Membership:
To benefit from the “EurSafe Member” rates, participants may apply for EurSafe membership before paying the conference registration fee via the EurSafe website: https://www.eursafe.org/membership/registered-members. The participants whose EurSafe membership applications are approved by EurSafe will be eligible to benefit from the reduced rates.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Fees will not be returned in case of nonattendance after registration.
